It's very suited for medium-sized companies that want to automate their HR workflows, from presence logging to performance reviews. What do you like best about PeopleForce? This HRIS is easy to set up and use. I was able to import everything pretty quickly with no hassles. Once we were a go, PeopleForce released it to the team, and everyone could start using it right away. The platform is perfect! What do you dislike about PeopleForce? What do you like best about PeopleForce? I like the survey sections, and knowledgebase sections and their flexible interface. Our dedicated support Julia is always ready to help us. What do you dislike about PeopleForce? Right now nothing. Sometimes system needs to be more smoothly with new updates What problems is PeopleForce solving and how is that benefiting you? Onboarding and Offboarding parts, termination and probation period tracking.
