I really like the fact that the developers listen to suggestions from users, constant upgrades allow to remain the system relevant to user needs and increase functionality. Not enough of reports for recruitment, a lot of features need to be improved or worked on. What do you like best about PeopleForce? I like the speed and the solution of many nuances and issues. It's really a very convenient platform. What do you like best about PeopleForce? PeopleForce may or may not be the best option for you, it really boils down to your needs and workflow. It's very suited for medium-sized companies that want to automate their HR workflows, from presence logging to performance reviews. What do you like best about PeopleForce? This HRIS is easy to set up and use. I was able to import everything pretty quickly with no hassles. Once we were a go, PeopleForce released it to the team, and everyone could start using it right away. The platform is perfect! What do you dislike about PeopleForce? What do you like best about PeopleForce? I like the survey sections, and knowledgebase sections and their flexible interface. Our dedicated support Julia is always ready to help us. What do you dislike about PeopleForce? Right now nothing. Sometimes system needs to be more smoothly with new updates What problems is PeopleForce solving and how is that benefiting you? Onboarding and Offboarding parts, termination and probation period tracking.
