What do you like best about People.ai? When I am prospecting via email and have no record of this contact in salesforce, it will create a contact automatically, which saves some manual steps. It also creates my activity which is helpful in reporting for management. What do you dislike about People.ai? You feel a little like big brother in the beginning, but realize it's there to help. What do you like best about People.ai? What I like best is the wealth of data. We get an incredible amount of information on how much and how efficently we are engaging with our clients. I can distil that data by individual, team, whatever. It's hugely insightful What do you dislike about People.ai? The only downsides I've encountered have been pretty minimal. What do you like best about People.ai? Easy to fill out and it gives you productive insight. What do you dislike about People.ai? No Sales person likes an abundance of tools, but I am for People.ai Recommendations to others considering People.ai: Use it through Salesforce (or other CRM) so that you don't have to learn a new tool What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping to understand gaps in my deals based on what needs to happen for a deal to close.
