What do you like best about Pendula? The user interface was very simple and required very little training. The company has simplified the process. What do you dislike about Pendula? The cost is an added expense. It's a great tool when used efficiently. "Best Communication Tool with a truly human touch"

What do you like best about Pendula? It was very easy to implement the solution for our company. There was no need to look for tech specialists. It is also good to give our clients the full attention of a real human being over a chatbot What do you dislike about Pendula? "Great for beginner coders!"

What do you like best about Pendula? The automated configuration system allows beginner coders to implement messaging systems. What do you dislike about Pendula? Really nothing I can comment on that I don't like at this time. What problems is Pendula solving and how is that benefiting you? The database is extremely easy so I can access any conversation or administrative needs (records/billing/etc.)

"Solid easy to use product paired with excellent service"

What do you like best about Pendula? The product's journey builder is very easy to use, and very comprehensive. We found the companies customer care and enablement outstanding. As a salesforce user, we found that Pendula took the time to understand our set-up, along with our business, and was, therefore, able to provide us with meaningful advice on campaigns that did lead t very meaningful results. Pendula has been terrific!

Pendula has been a terrific addition to our business. The ability to communicate with our customers with SMS, and to do this ourselves has been amazing. This is helping us with our customer service function and is helping us scale our operations with tech instead of more people. Great to use, lovely team. Would recommend
