"Product Owner Bliss"

What do you like best about Pendo? I have been a promoter or Pendo for years and finally my organization purchased Pendo licenses. We have not been using Pendo for only a couple of months, but already with insight to what pages our clients are using has helped us make decisionsfor quarterly roadmap. We are easily able to notify our clients when issues have been found and fixed. Cant wait to start implementing all of the features Pendo has to offer.

"Helpful tool for CSMs"

What do you like best about Pendo? I like how easy it is to find information on specific users or accounts. I can pop into Pendo to get some info on usage metrics for a contact I'm about to meet with, or tract down power users to target for expansion or re-engagement for ghosting champion.

Support has also been very responsive and helpful when needed. We are using it as an onboarding tool with guides, helping with NPS responses and overall account and visitor metrics.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo has been great to prove (or disprove) what people think is actually happening within the platform. We have loved having the data to backup and answer all sorts of questions.
