Quick to respond
If there is a problem with PDF escape the support staff are very quick to respond to the problem and it gets fixed immediately. Fortunately there ae not a lot of issues.

What do you like best about PDFescape? One of the reliabale doucment converting and editing software which is used by me and my orginsation in last 6.5 years. I'm Very Happy with the PDF Escape software.
I've been using the PDF Escape software in my consulting business for the last 3 years and have found it to be a cost-effective alternative to Adobe. What few problems I've had have been quickly corrected by their technicians.
