I send a request to have my pdf candy license code deactivated because I was moving to a new computer. I got the typical email saying to allow 2 business days to get a response. Well, it only took 15 minutes to have my issue resolved. Loved the quick resolution.

I haven't had any problems with this software. It's very fast and does what it says. The compression utility could do with a lower compression ratio and I have suggested this. Very quick response to queries.

Does not work, pdf candy does not respond

I need a user-friendly product. After paying $99 for the pro version and activating the pro version, the app still wanted me to upgrade to the pro version. I uninstalled the program to reinstall to see if that would fix the issue. Now the key does not work. I went to the key support section, and then the captcha doesn't work. No phone support. It also looks like not all functions are on the desktop version, and I am NOT going to upload my documents to the web. I want a full refund. They do ...
