What do you like best about PCRecruiter? The ease with which I can navigate the database. What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? Too many steps in creating rollup lists. What problems is PCRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you? Organizing candidates information.

What do you like best about PCRecruiter? The ease of moving candidates through the pipelines. I also like the PCR Capture tool that aides in adding candidates to the system directly from LinkedIn. What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? The system has a hard time completing searches that have too many parameters in the criteria. "Effecient and saves time."

What do you like best about PCRecruiter? Advanced searches are a great way to find what you need, either by zip code, occupation, etc What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? When doing a rollup I can't see the entire screen causing me to toggle back and forth. What problems is PCRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you? Searching our database for candidates reducing the number of ads needed to be placed on other platforms. Great cost savings for me.

What do you like best about PCRecruiter? I've been a customer of PCR since they started and would never change. The people there are super responsive and their tech support is top-notch. What do you like best about PCRecruiter? Once I got the hang of it, I found it quite easy to use. I would say it is a good option for organizations looking for an all-encompassing Applicant Tracking System and recruitment software. What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? PCRecruiter has been by far the best ATS that tracks and organizes my applicant & client data easily without buying enterprise subscriptions and spending a ton of the boss's money.
