"Not a whole lot of functionality."

What do you like best about PCRecruiter? I liked that we could send emails from the tool updating candidates on their status in the interview process. What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? Not intuitive to use. There was not a whole lot that we could use the tool for outside of having candidates apply and tracking applications for OFCCP compliance. The look of the tool seemed very dated. What problems is PCRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you? Portal for candidates to apply for ...

What do you like best about PCRecruiter? Their support team is amazing and their training is superb. I wouldn't have been able to build our ATS without Chris and Andrew - our PCR implementation consultants. What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? The interface design could improve. It looks ok but can be much better. What problems is PCRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you? We need an ATS and we believe that PCR is a great option. It's an all-in-one and integrated ATS & CRM for ...
