Most affordable storage in a long run!

The storage size to price ratio is amazing, better than what other cloud storage provider can do. They also offer a cloud to cloud transfer, so in a case you want to backup your files from dropbox, google drive and etc. You can back it up with just an api access. This type of transfer is available with multcloud too but you have to pay extra to transfer a large amount of files. I bought pCloud on July or August 2019

I bought pCloud on July or August 2019, so about 4 years so far. At that time was quite bad, but they are developing more and more, so my experience get better and better. Been frustrated at beggining but it is perfect. I bought 2TB since and it is great, I used it to back up all my files from phone, PC and work laptop and this is super smooth given the fact that many times I am downloading movies of 40GB (4k) and the back up/upload system on pCloud is great. Love this service

Love this service. Great to have my music on their servers where I can access it from anywhere. The only problem is that upload speeds can be really slow sometimes. Otherwise its my favorite service.

I had a problem,which resulted in closing my accaint and if the support ot the pcloud team wasn't fast and ontime especcialy Cris-10x, I was going to loose all my info and data. The app is great. Keep doing what you doing.

The support's answer was very fast, the day after my answer. They gave me a procedure to follow (my pcloud doesn't start). I followed the procedure and all is right now. Thank you very much for professionalism.

the best assistance

I'm just a Cloud user, and as soon as I have some trouble in using PCloud services, I am totally lost. So I contacted the Support dept of pCloud, and the staffs in charge were really helpfull, trying their utmost to explain clearing what to do to solve my problem. They were really kind and not stopping chat till I was able to work properly. I recommand pCloud not only because of the reliability of this company but on top, thanks to the persons that are helping. Cathy

In many years I have used this product

In many years I have used this product, I didn't encounter any issues at all. The speed is fine, storage is fine. My wife and I been using this as a primary tool for back and forth for work. A fine piece of tool.
