I highly recommend pCloud

pCloud is a solid cloud storage solution, but my 5 stars are mostly for the excellent customer support I received. Alex from pCloud customer support was very helpful in resolving my issue. He devoted a lot of his time until everything was perfect. so would highly recommend pCloud for anyone in need cloud storage solution with outstanding support.

I have been a be PCloud customer for over five years. Initially I had a free account but two years ago I upgraded 4.5 TB. The service is fast and reliable, the interfaces of the various apps are easy to understand and simple to manipulate. They have a fantastic function which is called The Time Machine which allows you to return to an earliest date of your account. Service was very friendly, fast and problem solving oriented. I had an issue with my account email address and had to change to another one, I got best support and help from the friendly employees in the service center. Thanks for that!

I'm not tech savy infact completly the oposite I have just landed back from 2 weeks holiday and took an older comp ( just in case) I update my Excel every day and when I got back my old laptop has given up the ghost ( feck it everything gone) but then it dawned on me that I had even by some miracle put my old lappy on PCloud and everything was just there for me to download thankyou and for just a one-off payment you would be crazy not to have some form of cloud storage and I'm ecstatic that ...

Excellent cloud storage, amazing support center!

I am a user for almost 5 years now and I never had any problems using pcloud. I always can use all the features very easily! Tha life plans are affordable and very good value for money, in my opinion! Tha support center is excellent very reliable and fast with all the answers to my questions! Strongly recommended!

Tec support solved Sync problem of the pCloud Drv App (Intel Mac)

On my Intel Mac (Ventura 13.2.1) I had a problem with the pCloud Drive Application V3.14 while syncing a real large amount of files (APP was unresponsive, spinning wheel, needed to be killed). A fresh install did not solve the issue. That's where the pcloud tech team started to sort out the issue: 1.
