Best Feature: Virtual Phone System

The PBX+ virtual phone system was a huge help in scaling our outreach & sales calls by a good percent. I enjoy how easy it is to use and configure the product. The flexibility to customize business hours and different options during open and closed hours. I haven't had any problems with the analytic feature as I have in the past. I noted the option to listen to the call immediately away, as well as a transcript, which is quite useful.
