Extremely Unprofessional & Fraudulent

I paid some money to a book store for a book through PayUMoney. The merchant says they have no connection with any online payment. PayUMoney says they already transferred the amount the merchant. The dashboard says the money is with PayUMoney. I am stuck in a deadlock. I keep writing to PayUMoney support to get the same template response without even a change in comma or full stop. Extremely unprofessional and fraudulent. If we were in that place, wouldn't we help the customer to get it fixed?

Horrible customer service for settlement issues

I chose PayUmoney as my provider 1 month ago. Despite submitting all documents twice, I am yet to receive the settlement money from them for the transactions made on my website. The transaction page shows that the settlement will be made in 72 hrs for the past 2 weeks. Repeated emails to customer service have hardly got any meaningful response. Will not recommend.

I have been using PayUMoney since the day it launched, mostly because the promotions it offered were something that caught my attention. Favorable but controversial

What do you like best? Admittance is quite easy and payment system is simple too. No hidden charges imposed. No transaction cost for payment though bank account. What do you like best? It is easy to access and payments could be done quickly in simple steps. No charges for money transaction to bank account. What do you dislike?
