"Extended outages."

What do you like best about PayTrace? Pricing is competitive and integrations are relatively straight-forward and simple. What do you dislike about PayTrace? When it works, it's fine. But every once in a while they have incredibly long outages (going on 30 hours right now). PayTrace status page shows 100% uptime for all services and no issues having been reported. Phone support turns off at 7pm PT. Difficult to get responses and updates. What problems is PayTrace solving and how is that ...

"A Convenient Payment Solution With Room for Improvement"

What do you like best about PayTrace? Paytrace offers a lot of customization and white-labeling. Very user-friendly and easy to learn for not-so-tech-savvy clients. Their customer support is knowledgeable and helpful. What do you dislike about PayTrace? Changes in their fee structure have driven us away from paytrace to alternative gateways. They offer a good solution but majority of our customers were not happy with sudden price increases for value-added services they were utilizing. What ...
