What do you like best about Paystand? We've been utilizing Paystand with our new system, NetSuite, since May 2022. It saves us a lot of time with the payment allocations because the payments made by the customers are reflected directly into our system. They also customized invoices to meet our needs. Everyone I spoke to seemed apathetic, was slow to respond, and treated our business poorly. We lost a significant amount of disputes vs. any of our previous merchants.
