What do you like best about Paystand? Integrating Paystand into our NetSuite environment has been a game changer for our company. "AR's New Best Friend"
What do you like best about Paystand? We've been utilizing Paystand with our new system, NetSuite, since May 2022. It saves us a lot of time with the payment allocations because the payments made by the customers are reflected directly into our system. They also customized invoices to meet our needs. What do you like best about Paystand? Paystand has allowed our customers a simple platform to pay their invoices with multiple methods. As a result, we have seen a decrease of checks mailed to our office. "Poor communication and follow through"
What do you like best about Paystand? Paystand was very affordable and setup was straight forward What do you dislike about Paystand? Getting anything done after setup was like pulling teeth. Everyone I spoke to seemed apathetic, was slow to respond, and treated our business poorly. We lost a significant amount of disputes vs. any of our previous merchants. What problems is Paystand solving and how is that benefiting you? Terrible customer service but low price.
