I called with a problem the chat bot came up I was chatting with a live person who quickly located the mystery charge to my card and immediately canceled it I had refund confirmation in less than 3 minutes talk about straight to the point customer service and righeously taking care of business pay pro is top notch thank you Liz the nam.on the chat good work

Money well spent on a truly excellent product.
First of all, this is an outstanding product, and I am SOOO happy I discovered it a few months back - it does EXACTLY what I want and what I need to do. I did have a question and spoke to a lovely gentleman who answered my question. I can not say enough about this product - as I told the kind gentleman, I hope you stay in business FOREVER!!
