TERRIBLE

Support is bad, only bots. Paying for a product is very difficult and feels scammy. When you run a business and you want to grow your abandoned cart rate to the moon, go with them. Also agresive with mailings and wanting to talk on the phone. Just a terrible experience. I could not finish my order, because they decline almost everyting I enter.

Strange system, scam-like

Purchased software online, and got a call from this company. The lady who called could barely manage english enough to say she needed to confirm my credit card info. I almost hung up, she was so hard to communicate with (asking her to repeat herself many times, asking her the same question over a few times before she understood and answered), plus the call seemed like a scam at first. Horrible..

Horrible... I just wanted to renew my subscription to Mac Keeper. Instead of giving me an easy way to update my credit card information, they terminated my subscription. It took me 2 hours to get everything back online with Mac Keeper. Who has that kind of time??? With every other company, updating the credit card information is a non event... not with PayPro Global. I made sure with Mac Keeper, that I don't ever have to use them again...
