I had to contact PayPro after a refund hadn't appeared in my bank. I cannot fault the attention to detail given by PayPro and the communications throughout. My refund was fully paid, well handled and I have no hesitation in awarding them 5/5

so i felt i should come here and drop a few words, i paid for a software, 68usd, payment was billed to paypro global, almost immediately i got an alert from my bank, got an email from paypro, they wanted me to reply a verification email, to authenticate the purchase, i did....and then i waited...kept waiting, i put he name on google, paypro global and it brought me here, saw a lot of negative reviews, i naturally became scared, so i called up my friend who had done business with them, to ...

Return my money!!!

They issued me a refund so I waited for ten f****** days!!! And after waiting it didnt reflect on my account!! Then I followed up them regarding my refund and they told me that it was already processed but upon checking my account it didnt until now!!!! Theyre just telling me that they already processed it but when I check my account no refund was reflected on my account!! To paypro team if you have no plans on returning my money, then CHOKE WITH IT!!!!Update:I’ve waited for 15 days still ...
