Cobro de Paypro que no he autorizado

Estimados:el día de hoy al revisar el estado de cuenta de mi tarjeta de crédito me encuentro que me han cobrado la suma de 136,89 dólares con la descripción siguiente: Paypro 448003688867 COMPRAS INT.MA , yo no he autorizado ninguna compra de nada y además soy de Chile y aparece que la compra se realizó en Londres. despues de completar el proceso de pago quieren mas datos de mi tarjeta, jamas me paso eso con medio de pago online de ninguna institucion, y todavia no recibi el codigo de actuivacion del software que compre una licencia, el mismo dia compre varias licencias para avast que me fueron entregadas a los 5 minutos con confirmacion de pago incluida y sin requerirme mas datos, tengo muiedo que me pidan tanta informacion para hacer suplantacion de identidad o algo parecido. quiero anular la compra

PRELIEVO SENZA AUTORIZZAZIONE

Salve, in data 17 maggio ho ricevuto un prelievo, senza nessuna autorizzazione, su la mia carta prepagata pari ad un'importo di euro 58.00 con causale "PAYPRO 4480036888867 LETSEXTRACTM GB", per merce mai acquistata. Ho contattato la mia banca la quale mi dice che si tratta di un'acquisto di software.
