Great customer service

Great customer service. With the customer service chat feature a lot of times with other sites you'll run into problems like them not answering or taking a long time between answers but not with Paypro! I got on chat to make sure my purchases would not auto renew and it was all handled within a few minutes. Very nice!

Unreasonable rejection of sales

I tried to buy Poweramp through Paypro but it was rejected because they claimed my email is a temporary/disposable account and told me to use email from Google, Yahoo or Microsoft. I then emailed to them explaining that my email is a genuine account which also provides encryption. They then further rejected my purchase saying encrypted email accounts are not allowed and for the second time told me to use email from Google, Yahoo or Microsoft.I was shocked when I received this reply. ...

Prompt and helpful customer service

I just requested an online subscription refund via chat and the customer service person answered me promptly and told me that they would resolve the issue. I received a few emails confirming the subscription cancellation and that my refund request was being processed. Although I didn't end up liking the online subscription, I was very satisfied with the customer service from PayPro Global.

PayPro fraudulently acquiring confidential information

Placed an online order fro a product from Spytech. Attempted to pay with PayPal via PayPro twice. Customer support at PayPro explained order was "delayed" because I had bought and returned a product for a refund about a year ago. Tried again with a credit card. Same thing. Bottom line, Spytech and PayPro acquired PII on their website and processed payment without first disclosing that they delay or decline orders based on a past sales/return activity. scammers do not engage with them

I never recommend dealing with this site, they do not feel responsible and collect money through theft and deception.Order ID: 21542395I bought "Hetman Data Recovery Pack" from them.Among the conditions of purchase is providing support. The program does not respond. They told me that if they do not respond to you, contact us.I contacted them and they refused to return my money with great ridicule, "We are sorry we cannot return the amount !!"

I purchased an item through PayPal…

I purchased an item through PayPal which then funneled through PayPro Global on the sellers side. When I didn't hear from the seller I contacted them and they told me that the transaction had been canceled. I then called pay Pro global to find out why. They insisted it was PayPal who canceled the order but when I called PayPal I found that the order had gone through and the funds have been taken out of my account.
