They are really good at what they do
it is literally the most popular digital payment platform, i am not saying the best because there is a new competition emerging everyday who does some stuff way better than others and disrupts the industry in some form or shape, but, paypal has a very massive global reach which makes a long of things very easy to do with them.

Recovered my money from a scammer.
1 week ago I made a small purchase on a Facebook advertisement to take an IQ test. It was a one time payment. Then a week later, today, I am suddenly charged $58.80 by the same company for what I have no idea as it was not authorised. I made this payment through Paypal and at first I though that my money was gone. But PayPal came to the rescue and I was able to recover my money. Once again my trust in PayPal has been restored and I believe my funds are safe. Thanks again PayPal.

pretty much a must have for online shoppers
they have an incredibly low score rate, i don't think this is justified, since people that have bad experiences are more likely to leave feedback. I have used it for years, its one of the safer and simpler ways to purchase online to avoid giving real card information. If there is a scam ongoing, with paypal its really handy to completely disable that automatic payment. When paying at sites, if i see that they have a paypal option i always use that!

First time contacting customer support
First time contacting paypal customer support and I have just spoken with Kathleen. I cannot fault the customer sevice at all. I made a mistake that resulted in my account being on hold and she sorted it no problem. She was absolutely brilliant and the issue was sorted within 5 minutes.

Locked account and i struggle with learning difficulties
My account was locked and i had to use my old number. Unfortunately i no longer have the number so i rang customer service. A lovely woman named gianni helped me with this matter. I have learning difficulties and she was really understanding. Gianni deserves recognition brilliant customer service

Superb service
I am so pleased with the service I have had repeatedly from PayPal. Firstly I really like the principle that the seller does not see my credit card details. Secondly I find the option of spreading payment over three months without interest extremely useful.
