Auto renew problem
I must admit, I have not had any issues with PayPal and today I had an amount taken from my account which was an automatic renew I knew nothing about. Initially PayPal said I had no case but I appealed and have now been granted a refund. This is why I have given a 5 star review, they listened to me!

Although I’m not the top fan of PayPal…
Although I’m not the top fan of PayPal I have to rate them a five for when I reported fraudulent activity to them.They listened took full details and asked for screenshots to investigate fraudulent activity to rip people off on Facebook market place.Compared to CHASE BANK who had no interest whatsoever they were brilliant.So for fraud I give them a five star rating for the action they took to prevent other people being ripped off on Facebook market place

Great for the consumer who follows the book!
Had a bad vendor (theeditldn) who did not deliver product ordered - raised a case with Paypal and they sorted it out within 7 working days with full refund - 5* service for the consumer, thank you Paypal - I will use this money to buy $PYPL!!

Buying clothing from a new supplier????
Deciding to purchase shoes from a company which I had never dealt with before, I purchased 2 pairs so as to obtain free delivery. Only 1 pair was delivered. The compnay Exceullent, aka SunFay, did their best to avoid completing the order or refunding for the pair of shoes not delivered. PayPal's complaint system was professional and no nonsense and managed to obtain the refund, which otherwise would have been lost. Well done, PayPal.
