Paypal excellent customer service
Had an issue with a missed payment in error from my bank account. The 2 staff who dealt with me today at 09.05 were amazing. So very helpful, friendly and patient. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately I did not ask for their names so hope they know who I am referring to. Mrs Dixon

I don't get all the negative reviews
I don't get all the negative reviews. On the European side it works perfectly. I don't use it professionally, only to pay for purchases, but when there is a problem the CS is always very helpful and practically everyone accepts PayPal as a payment method, and for good reason I would say.

Excellent customer service
A lady called Reesa (think that is how you spell it), she was extremely helpful, was having problems with a hotel i booked who said i would not get a refund, she done everything in her power for me and resolved the issued straight away, thank you so much for your kind help
