Transparent and Trustworthy

Very transparent with what is offered, the fees involved and you are informed upfront and ahead of time about any changes that will be taking place. The best part for me personally is the customer care. I had an issue and within 3 hours max it had been solved with hardly any effort on my side.

Great support

As a Japanese, it was difficult for me to register on the English site, and I got an error on the first document registration. I called support, but they were only in English, so I almost gave up, but they sent me a support email right after the call. After that, they kept saying, “We can help you!” and they responded quickly and politely several times. I am very impressed and grateful to the world's largest company. Thank you for your support!
