What do you like best about Paylocity? Platform is user friendly, often upgraded and it allows for the admin to make some changes without having to rely on support from account manager.

What do you like best about Paylocity? I love that you can always reach someone in customer service and don't need to wait to talk to only your account manager. Almost all customer service reps are knowledgable and each are able to share little tidbits of knowledge, which gives me a more well-rounded knowledge base.

What do you like best about Paylocity? -Outstanding support! The implementation team is truly wonderful but it doesn't stop there. I have felt supported better than I ever have post-implementation.

What do you like best about Paylocity? There are many things I like about Paylocity. My favorite is the service I get from my Paylocity team whenever I have a Paylocity question. Next would be the training available. I can usually get answers to my questions with the Paylocity Help button. This is excellent. My payroll makes much more sense, and everything flows better than other payroll systems I've used. The Human Resources section for recruiting and onboarding new employees is amazing.

What do you like best about Paylocity? Paylocity is an all in one recruting/onboarding/hr/payroll platform. I always reach a live person when calling the help line. The customer service staff is energetic and extremely knowledgable. The customer service staff works to solve issues and explain to assist in my learning.

What do you like best about Paylocity? Paylocity is always avaialbel in terms of reporting and answering technical questions. The support team is always on point with resolving and small or big issues. The Ease of us with the HRis system is great. Implemenation is easy espacially since we utilze frequently.
