"PayJunction- Satisfaction!"

What do you like best about PayJunction? Customer Support- I work with a group of practices. We need constant support and questions answered. Being able to connect with someone instantly is very imporant to keeping the business moving forward. Being able to connect to support- Nick Dinapoli and getting a call within minutes of putting in a request for aid has been the best. I have to highlight the support has he also provided to the practices across the company. He never misses!

What do you like best about PayJunction? I received a call today 2/23/2022 from Nick DiNapoli fromPayJunction asking me to verify an individual trying to get access into my account. Nick was professional, helpful, and friendly. He walked me through setting up access for the individual from my billing company. I then asked Nick to look into an issue from several weeks ago regarding a broken terminal. He looked into my account and confirmed the resolution. I asked Nick about a third issue ...
