I left the domain yesterday in the list and today payhip deleted the domain.Update: I asked them what is wrong with their support and they closed my account. Customer Service second to none

I recently had a question about file upload size. A question that came to mind at like 3 am. By the time I checked my email the next day Catherine had replied and answered my question. She gave advice on what I could do if the file limits weren't high enough. It was a fast courteous response that I was pleased with. Because you just don't get rapid customer service like that anymore.

Overly happy with Payhip

I was looking for a platform to set up my own website in addition to my Etsy account. My digital product is in a fairly saturated market so I was not ready or willing to spend monthly on something I was not sure would pay for itself. I found Payhip and it was so easy. Not only is it customizable when I feel like making changes, I can keep adding product without hesitation.Sure there are things that can be done to improve it but isn't that the way with all things? I have uploaded 3 ebooks on Payhip and now when I start to get a sale my account disappeared so I had to sign up again but now it doesn't allow my PayPal account to be connected. This is nonsense.

Absolutely perfect

Absolutely perfect. With new Store Builder and Custom Domains that you get also in the free plan it is perfect also for startups/starting businesses.

Of course there is a space for improve

Of course, there is space for improvement, however... If you don't earn you don't need to pay. It is a very simple service, with a friendly UI for everyone. I would maybe appreciate an easier calculation of provision, but that's maybe my subjective feeling.Anyway, I highly recommend this service if you're selling digital products!
