Payhip are actually really good

Payhip are actually really good. It is a growing platform and far cheaper than the competition. Biggest bonus is that they take care of EU Vat - this is huge. Biggest complaint is no roadmap and lack of communication re their planned features. So they end up releasing things no one wants.

A brilliant digital sales platform! Very easy and quick to setup, with an intuitive interface. I'm using the FREE account with a slightly higher transaction fee which is ideal for my purposes. I am using Payhip for three websites. It is very easy to use, very quick time to market. I am sure this young platform will add more features, like calligraphy fonts which I miss. But all in all it saves so much time and I do not have to mess with these thousands of options in wordpress or wix that are going on my nerves. I also love the pricing model. Payhip shares my startup risk by not charging monthly, but just when I sell an item. This is so cool and I can just recommend this platform ...

Very good alternative to the big names

Really good, small team but great so far. Also they take care of EU Tax and Vat - This is huge for sellers of digital products. My only annoyance is that they do not communicate what they are working on so we do not know when or if new features are coming.

Great Customer Service

I couldn't be happier. The website looks great, is never down, and the support (Catherine) is as good as it gets. They keep adding new features, so you know they are working on making it better. There are a few small design features that I miss, but you can still make a great website very easily. Plus, you don't pay a dime until you get your first customer, which is a huge advantage for someone like me who doesn't have much time to devote to building the website. This saves me a lot of ...

A Stellar Experience! I REALLY don't know where some of the bad reviews are coming from. I know how frustrating things can be when you're trying something new, but our experience has been nothing but stellar. We just set up a bookstore after watching a YouTube and reading the Payhip instructions, and it was a snap to do. We got sales before we even had all of our books and audiobooks loaded.
