They simply wouldn't rest until the software was working exactly as promised. Further, they were extremely interested in feedback and incredibly, quickly implemented small changes to increase the usability of the software. That said, Payference does what you expect...helps automate collections and provides a very detailed picture of AR. Very pleased.

What do you like best about Payference? Payference has helped us streamline our collections process. We use NetSuite for our ERP. Sending statements and multiple invoices from NetSuite is not streamlined and very manual. Payference has made it so we can automate invoice reminders, compile statements and invoice copies in one email (without having to save a copy of each invoice first).

What do you like best about Payference? I like the fact that Payference has automated data assembly for cash flow forecast. It gives me the ability to manage my cash forecast in an efficient way. By reducing the amount of time wasted in organizing ERP data, Payfernce gives me more time to focus on higher value and strategic items. AR risk scoring helps me to manage aged receivables. It was also very easy to implement.
