What do you like best about Payference? The team at Payference has done an incredible job of "hand holding" during the implementation. They simply wouldn't rest until the software was working exactly as promised. Further, they were extremely interested in feedback and incredibly, quickly implemented small changes to increase the usability of the software. That said, Payference does what you expect...helps automate collections and provides a very detailed picture of AR. Very pleased.

The largest impact Payference has had on our business is giving our customers the ability to download statements and invoices on demand which saves our Accounts Receivable team a tremendous amount of time.
