Our initial point of contact, Brennan Vickers, has stayed with us throughout the whole process and is still involved when we ask him to be. We are extremely pleased with both the program (ease of use, especially by employees, and versatility) and the quality of the people we have worked with at Paycom.

Best Experience
What a difference in customer service! We have been using ADP for 20+ years, and Paycom, by far, has the best customer service. Austin answers his phone with one or two rings. ADP, you need to go through all these hoops just to reach someone, and then you get transferred again to voice messages. Paycom is highly recommended.
