User Friendly and Time-Saving program
What do you like best? I like how intuitive the product has become, as it makes great effort to create ease of use across whatever Paychex modules comprise your Flex Dashboard. What do you dislike? Not all changes have been communicated in a conspicuous/obvious manner. Some are buried in the "What's New" e-mails. The 401k changes in particular were not handled well. Great. Easy to use. Lots of Help from support team.
What do you like best? I love that there is a chat section where you can basically text a representative and they can help you walk thru whatever you need help with. They are pretty quick at messaging back and forth, and for someone who doesn't have a lot of time to talk on the phone, I love that I can do other things/ have a conversation with someone else in the room, while trying to get help from paychex at the same time. What do you like best? I like the process for setting up new employees. You can quickly access tax information, employment history and bank account information. I also like the check review option. I enjoy the flexibility of payroll reports. I also like the HR services. When employees have a question I refer them to customer service and they always receive the information they need. Great Product
What do you like best? I love that we have a specific assigned payroll specialist who I can always reach out to if I have an issue and he/she understands our account and can easily provide the help I need. It is very user friendly and straight forward, I don't have to go more than a few clicks to find whatever I am looking for. It is easy to set up a new employee and manage any benefit or tax changes. What do you like best? The user interface is pretty friendly and intuitive. There are multiple reports that can be utilized to get all of the required info for entry. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Very basic and easy to use. Laid out features makes hovering and selecting options fast What do you dislike? Bugs in software. I has faced log in log out issues and pay rate issues. Maintenance times are fairly often leading to long software unavailabilities What problems are you solving with the product? LOVE THIS
What do you like best? I really love this app. Previous employers never had anything like this. It gives a detailed break down of the hours that I worked along with how much I made per hour. It’s easy and fast. What do you dislike? The only thing I don’t like is partially my employers fault. I wish we could view our pay stubs once it is finalized What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I haven’t had any problems
