Very good enjoy the system support is solid

What do you like best? Easy to use and reports and ta forms. I like the direct deposit stuff What do you dislike? I struggle with gross to net check process Payroll is a little confusing to run But it's a lot more clear then some of our other vendors What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll easy to track

Great for small businesses

What do you like best? The ease of getting around the program. The program has concise information and I like the features associated with W-2's. What do you dislike? I would like it to be easier for small business owners who are not accountants, book keepers and have no training with taxes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can easily access the information I need, whenever I need it.

What do you like best? ability to look up info quickly. Easy to log inn and find what I'm looking for, our rep is very helpful when i need support What do you dislike? not a big fan of the new payroll set up, cannot make changes to people info while in payroll entry mode, it locks up What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? able to answer questions and find info quickly

What do you like best? All-in one solution that enables a multitude of services from one portal. Also having the ability to get help by asking someone is very useful. What do you dislike? Not always easy to set up employees in new locations. It is complex especially if you do not know anything about that state. Decent for standard company

What do you like best? Helpful and friendly payroll account manager What do you dislike? Rehire workflow and lack of ease in creating customize reports. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We aren't solving any problems with Paychex Flex, but are realizing problems.

Paychex is a convenient and quick way to process payroll.

What do you like best? Having the payroll program preset and having the option to just click auto pay or enter myself. What do you dislike? Having a set check date. I have to edit if i want a different date. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having them collect and pay payroll taxes and do quarterly and annual reports and w-2's. This saves me time and money.

What do you like best? I can enter payroll and it is done electronically. My state and federal reports are done. What do you dislike? The website can be difficult to navigate. Not super user friendly but works for basic purposes

What do you like best? Easy to clock in and out and view your paycheck What do you dislike? Logging in is quite a process. It logs you out after 30 minutes of not using it, so you have to either way for it to fully log out or load a new tab, then put in the username, then wait for it to load, then put in the password, then wait for it to load again before finally the page loading and being able to clock in or out.
