What do you like best? It is easy to use. I enjoy the format. It is nice to be able to adjust anything for and with my employees without having to jump through hoops. What do you dislike? Lots of payroll information at my fingertips.

What do you like best? I appreciate being able to cross-check my payroll reporting and my payroll specialist helps direct me to other relevant reports. What do you dislike? I generally only check a handful of reports, but it seems like you have to go through multiple steps to get to a specific report. Easy to use

What do you like best? It is intuitive to navigate, but if you need help the Paychex associates are always available What do you dislike? It's more user friendly than ADP.

What do you like best? I love we have our own HR Resource Professional to turn to when we have questions. We got a great one and she has been great in meeting all our needs/wants. I love the fact I always get to talk to someone quickly when I call Paychex and don't have to wait for hours. What do you dislike? Convenient for large groups

Better than most

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? With Paychex, all employee information is just within reach. From their health benefits to the state of their 401k, to their compensation benefits—everything is consolidated and organized. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We use Paychex in our company and, so far, things are working pretty smoothly. Personally, I haven’t had any trouble getting used to the system. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? With Paychex, we’ve been able to provide a platform for our employees to check in on their payroll accounts. So far, they have been able to navigate through the interface with ease. All the information that we need is mostly on the dashboard, making it easier for us to retrieve information.
