Paychex Flex is a great software for payroll.

What do you like best? I like that you can get the paychex app on your phone What do you dislike? The downside is that if i accidentally clock in or out, it wont let me fix the mistake. Product great, customer service not so much

What do you like best? Paychex Flex is really intuitive and a great payroll solution for small to mid-sized businesses. What do you dislike? I have two main complaints about Paychex Flex. It is really inefficient that the different products that Paychex offers do not speak to each other. For example, if I make a name change to an employee in the People Module of the software, it does not reflect in in the Hiring module. Information input into hiring module does not feed in to ...

Easy to use and covers a lot of areas

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? What this program has done for me is not only save my time but allow me to spend it my own way. I really appreciated the provided tutorials because it allowed me to learn how to use this program at my own pace, and that has continued on to when I work on payroll or when I am doing employee information management. Fairly seamless transition

What do you like best? As a Paychex Preview user for several years, making the switch to Flex has been fairly seamless, though a lot of transition support is provided. What do you like best? Easy to access needed information and to get necessary reports. Everything that I need is available in one location. What do you dislike? What do you like best? This app lets me view my paycheck 24 hours before actually getting. This helps me plan out bills ahead of time. What do you dislike?
