What do you like best? I loved my rep- I could call for anything he always either picked up or called me back right away. Would call me if I forgot to call when my payroll was due. What do you like best? Intuitive, lots of data captured, working to improve interface What do you dislike? What do you like best? User-friendly, intuitive design, able to manage layouts and filters for easy data entry, What do you dislike? Well worth the money

What do you like best? I don't have to worry about making a mistake on our payroll taxes. Such a relief not to stress over something as important. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Quarterly reports included at decent rate What do you dislike? Paychex flex isn't very good at doing complicated payrolls. We are a union shop with lots of different pay rates and paychex really only worked for me once I dumbed down my payroll and cut all of the detail out of the pay stubs. User friendly, good reports

What do you like best? Paychex is user friendly and easy to use. I prefer their layout and reports to some other payroll sites. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Convenience and ease of use. Employees can download the app and request time off and view their paystubs. What do you dislike? From an administrative side, there are not ways to give access to certain things. So I am not able to access certain reports that I need. Only the accountant can. What do you like best? Paychex has some good features such as having access to your paystubs. What do you dislike? Overall it does not seem to be super user friendly.
