What do you like best? 24-7 online access. We are a small rural parish with four part-time employees. As a volunteer bookkeeper I also have to manage a payroll system. Paychex Flex allows me internet access to employee records and payroll information. I can log in, ensure hours have been reported correctly, and see the pay stubs before they arrive by UPS. What do you like best? I like the fact that I can do nearly everything myself including updates to employee info, payroll, etc. I also have a great account manager (Melissa Barr) who is very responsive and helps with anything that I can't do by myself. What do you like best? Paychex not only does payroll and benefits but has many other plug in applications and other services that have saved our company money. We have added the time and attendance application to help track time off and recently found out paychex offers merchant credit card services that have really saved us on credit card fees. What do you like best? Paychex's email update system is very easy to understand and as the business owner it allows me to prepare for payroll as well as year end requirements for me and my employees.
