What do you like best? Paychex Flex allows you to view and print almost all of your reports and financial documents. What do you like best? Customer service both my designated and phone customer service are always great. Polite, quick and if unable to resolve, quick to esculate. What do you dislike? Great Service and useful tools for all sizes businesses

What do you like best? I like my interaction with my account rep. Very responsive to questions. She is also extremely knowledgable. What do you dislike?
