Great customer service
What do you like best? Paychex offers fantastic imemdiate customer service. If I make a mistake on my payroll, I can call my Payroll specialist and she will correct the mistake or help me fix it myself immediately. Their HR services are also very much appreciated, even just to call and get advice on an immediate event. The app is also very easy to use and I love that it is available. What do you like best? Pyachex is pretty simple to use. I love that you have an additional Administrator option so that you may go on and do more than simply look at your pay stub. What do you dislike? When adding people in it does end up being a little difficult because it is easy to miss something. I find Paychex payroll easy to use and the technical assocaites knowledgeable and responsive.
What do you like best? Prefilling the payroll fields and when I need to enter the checks myself, all I need to do is identify the people to pay and their fields are automatically entered. What do you dislike? There seem to be a lot of emails about issues I have no interest in or need for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Approximately a 15 person payroll for a church.

People management in one place.
What do you like best? Being able to manage PTO, weekly hours, and 401k all in one place is a real time-saver for me. I appreciate being able to watch online tutorials and also have the ability to speak one-one-one with an agent to learn how to utilize the different components of the site. What do you dislike?
