What do you like best? Paychex Flex makes the process of viewing and downloading W2 or any pay stubs very easy. My staff team and I recently needed to pay stubs to enroll in insurance plans, and everyone was able to access their account and documents efficiently. What do you dislike? The only downside is that it seems that its limited in its usefulness. We only need Paychex for payroll and to grant our staff access to pay stubs and tax documents, and it works very well for this. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Why do I love Paychex? There are four reasons: (1) it's cost-effective; (2) awesome customer service; (3) on-boarding new employees is easy-peasy; and (4) smooth payroll processing! Great HR Management tool!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This software is user-friendly. It works well and if there's a little issue, customer support is always quick to assist. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The only thing not so user-friendly about this app is extracting data to be used for reporting. It isn't that hard, it just takes time. Useful for small businesses
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Paychex offers hassle-free processing of payrolls, taxes, and other related tasks. It definitely improved our operations. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The health insurance coverage is a bit pricey for small businesses with less than 10 employees like ours. Like the accessibility to an associate if I have an issue or need clarification of reports
What do you like best? As I said below, ease of creating additional reports. I do like the notifications and opportunities to review additional links. What do you dislike? I haven't taken a lot of time to find any dislikes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems, just the ease of gathering information and making additional reports as needed.

Paychex Flex is Great!
What do you like best? Paychex Flex is very user-friendly. The site is very intuitive. What do you dislike? There is not much that I dislike with Paychex Flex. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Processing payroll takes much less time than with previous systems I have used.

Paychex makes payroll processing easier
What do you like best? Paychex is easy to use and they provide great customer support. Using Paychex is a convenient way to track employees payroll related information. It's very helpful to have a resource to come alongside us and support our needs. What do you dislike? There are time when Paychex Flex doesn't integrate with Time & Attendance, so some information needs to be input into Time & Attendance. Great payroll system, professional team!
What do you like best? I like the simplicity of PaychexFlex, it's user-friendly and because I always need to run reports for audit purposes, the simplicity of retrieving these reports is easy! What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike about Paychexflex is, they got rid of the automated recording of pay grades for every time I enter a new salary. The old version will automatically change the pay grade every time you modify a salary or if you enter a new employee in the system. ...

What do you like best? It easy to use and your rep is usually very helpful, the turnaround rate is also great in case you do need to process a late payroll. What do you dislike? Some reports aren't available online and you have to call to access it. It would be a lot easier if all reports were available to administrator, it would prevent follow-up phone calls with the representatives.
