Five stars for UI and customer service!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I've been using Paychex for 4 years and I've never had any bad experience with their customer service! They have always been polite and helpful! In terms of the software features, Paychex Flex works awesome when it comes to custom analytics and reports. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Best paying system service
What do you like best? I enjoy being able to sign in and manage payroll files. There have been so many ways to monitor and document statistical data, be it for one or more workers, or for all of your companies. I'm the sort of guy who will always prefer to sign in and discover it myself, rather than hoping for a phone conversation or fax, because that saves me too much energy. What do you dislike? Very poor undependable service and…
Very poor undependable service and non-responsive to concerns. Paychex personnel have a high turnover rate at least every few months. A mailbox for personnel who have left continues to receive email but is answered by others. You rarely can speak with a supervisor. No one is empowered to take corrective action. It is total chaos. I cannot make a recommendation to use them.

Paychex does what it should
What do you like best? Provides quick access to paystubs, W2's and historical lookback info. What do you dislike? I never receive notifications for when my paystub posts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick and easy paystub visuals. No need to mail and wait for paper statements.

I thought it was just our company that…
I thought it was just our company that had problems with these guys but after reading the reviews that’s not the case, after canceling our service we get billed for five times the correct amount and put into collections, our representative is working to correct the issue but now they won’t send our tax forms to us unless we pay the bogus amount (really) they know we need them for our covid19 loan so we can pay and keep our employees working but the feel they have us over a barrel Not fair ...

What do you like best? It's very user friendly. Ux/UI is not complicated and looks good. Everything is in one place and it's dashboard-like feature is very useful.One does not have to navigate to different windows or pages to look for a particular resource. For example, all your tax documents are available in PDF format on your dashboard and it's only one click away. Simple system for Small Business
What do you like best? I like the layout of the home page. How easy it is to access documents and all of the other self service features What do you dislike? sign in/sign out is not always the easiest. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Employee can access their own information, so it makes it easy to have a self service model

Paychex- Simple UI, great mobile view
What do you like best? Paychex has a consolidated UI. There's nothing fancy about the interface, but it certainly gets the job done in a very minimalist fashion. I think it's very simple to find the task bar and menu and there is very little clutter. I found it lends well especially to the mobile platforms since you want it to be more straightforward on small screens. What do you dislike? Great customer service
What do you like best? Customer service both my designated and phone customer service are always great. Polite, quick and if unable to resolve, quick to esculate. What do you dislike? Paychex Flex takes some time to learn, I have done it bit by bit. There are a lot of functions. Sometimes I can not get an answer on the first call and need to call a different department. What do you like best? Great software for tracking employee time. Employees are able to access from their smart phones and view pay stubs and W2’s. What do you dislike? I have not experienced any dislikes. It has far exceeded my needs. Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly recommend this software. Very effective. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have not experienced any problems with Paychex Flex.
