easy to use
What do you like best? It is extremely easy to use and user friendly. You are able to make edits and it also will catch mistakes that you may have made as well for you. What do you dislike? It takes a while to go through all the items What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can submit payroll myself instead of using another person to cut checks to our employees

Simple Payroll Platform for All Businesses
What do you like best? Paychex is extremely simple to use. You can easily monitor your hours, benefits, paid time off, etc. There is also an app for your smartphone, which is also very user friendly. Downloading and accessing past paystubs is also extremely convenient and simple to access. I also like the overall look and feel of both the app and the website. $8500.00 in Penalties
I have used Paychex for 19 years. Over two years ago, I found out that 3 quarters of 941 forms were not filed. I ended paying over $6000.00 in penalties and $4000.00 in interest charges. After timely email correspondences and escalating emails in TaxPay, (there was never a phone number that I could call) I finally received acknowledgment that they made an error. What do you like best? One sign in for both company and individual accounts. Being able to adjust most company settings for 401K without additional support. Filing the annual 401K federal reports. What do you like best? Used Paychex for several years ... love it! I've tested other products and have chosen to stay with Paychex. It meets our needs and is a better software. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is the most user friendly efficient program on the market. Customer servicing is second to none! What do you dislike? I cannot think of any downfalls at this time. What do you like best? Time Off requests are easy to input/approve. I work as a manager so this is a helpful tool, but I am not sure my organization is fully utilizing all aspects of Paychex. What do you dislike? Navigating through some of the personal/HR aspects can be cumbersome as far as locating the specific areas I am trying to reasearch.
