Product is simple to use

What do you like best? I like that it is easy to use. And the end user doesn't need to de-crypt the email. Other programs would make the end user log into another system to read the message, this was a problem for our customers that didn't understand technology well. What do you dislike? Fully Encrypted email

What do you like best? Easy of use. I don't have to put a special word into the subject or use an addon in outlook or extension in my browser. I just send an email and it's automatically secured. If I reply to an existing email, it's secured. What do you dislike? Price point is a bit high, but well worth it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Lower price point. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No issues.

Easy encrypted HIPPA email

What do you like best? Very easy to set up. Their support will help. And now I can send HIPAA secure email with patient info, xrays,etc., totally seamlessly. It is as easy as sending any email. What do you like best? When researching for a new encryption service, the account manager was quick and to the point. At no point was there an attempt to discredit other vendors, even when the same could not be said of the other company. What do you like best? I cannot believe how easy it is to send HIPAA email using PauBox. I had previously been using 3rd party software which required passwords on both ends and still, some email services would block emails. Ugh, it was a chore to use! What do you like best? Paubox acts like regular email. It is so seamless (no extra steps, no extra passwords) I wasn't sure it was working!
