Secure and Safe Way to Share Passwords

What do you like best? Ease of use. I need access to a number of passwords and it's always very easy to pull them up quickly. What do you dislike? Sometimes if someone shares as password with me, it doesn't give me any indication of what the password is for (prob. for security reasons What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It would be nearly impossible to safely store all the passwords needed with an online service like passpack. So ...

Sysadmin rolled out, company revolted

What do you like best? It worked, was in browser, secured stuff, did what it was supposed to do, I guess. What do you dislike? Our whole company revolted against Passpack. The admin installed it and mandated everyone use it. He gave a few training sessions and talked a lot about how great it was compared to the others. We found it extremely klunky, sharing was a pain, and (it was a few years ago so forgive me if I'm misremembering it required two passwords to authenticate that drove ...

easy, fast, simple

What do you like best? Login during my morning routine, never forget a password. What do you dislike? Nothing really. On rare occasion, it will 'forget' settings for specific sites. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Too many shared passwords, and this makes it super easy to remember / log into them.

We use passpack to securely store thousands of our client passwords.

What do you like best? The ability to send specific passwords to staff. To store passwords securely. That I can load my own personal passwords that only I can see. The ability to add additional details beyond passwords for FTP information or even context for updates. The ability to customize the look. What do you dislike? That the site often has glitches when it comes to transferring ownership. IT would be nice to be able to share passwords at mass versus individually. Recommendations to ...

Passpack is solid and super secure

What do you like best? Our use case was managing access to corporate credentials and Passpack met the call of being super secure -- which was really the only criteria from a corporate perspective. The UI is minimal and makes it easy enough to find what is needed. What do you dislike? The flip side of Passpack's security is that there is no recovery mechanism -- especially for users (like me that didn't need to access credentials frequently, it was challenging to remember the passwords ...

Passpack does EXACTLY what I need it to

What do you like best? As far as password management systems go, I've used them all. Passpack does the simplest job with the most amount of security. I am able to easily edit login credentials without a problem and share passwords with my team with a click of a button. Passpack prides itself on security and I can see why - there's been zero issues and it's become a mainstay for sharing and managing passwords at our agency. Would highly recommend the service. What do you dislike? The ...
