Pardot - it gets the job done, but isn't as user friendly as other martech I've worked with
What do you like best? Pardot's existing integration with Salesforce is helpful, although it doesn't always work smoothly. But when things are working well, it's great to have user engagement and activity information flowing from Pardot into Salesforce. What do you dislike? Reporting is unintuitive. Building emails is unintuitive. The interface is clunky and finicky - not very user-friendly. Recommendations to others considering the product: Pardot gets the job done, but if ...

Incomplete Platform
What do you like best? The bare-bones UI is kind of nice compared to HubSpot, but it can be hard to find things on the menu due to strange naming conventions. What do you dislike? Everything. Test emails arrive the next day. Forms require endless hacking. Simple tasks require automation. Default features are flimsy and often do not work. The Email editor has a terrible UI, and writes terrible HTML. We spend most of our time working on code instead of marketing. Recommendations ...

Effective sales traffic due to its splendid marketing automation.
What do you like best? Keeps drip campaigns in place that trigger actions for a convenient sales funnel for us in a beneficial connection, my favorite feature of Pardot is the visual flow of work movement by email, which the system allows us to verify the information to be sent By sending the application, also at the same time see how potential customers will flow due to the large sales contrast, this software is integrated into a platform that makes your synchronizations instantaneous. ...

Pardot is a great tool to automatize your email touches
What do you like best? How I can create engagement journeys and redirect my contact list through different paths depending on their behavior. What do you dislike? I cannot use all Account information from Salesforce. I can only use Contact information. This sometimes requests some workaround to make it work properly. I also would like to have more tools to edit my emails that did not require HTML knowledge. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Easy email marketing through Pardot
What do you like best? I like that Pardot is integrated seamlessly with Salesforce and just has a straightforward UI that's usually pretty easy to figure out. Most of the time when I set up a campaign in Pardot, I get to enjoy the "set it and forget it" mentality because I trust the system to keep my custom campaigns running even without actively paying attention to them. It makes lead nurturing a lot easier and more straightforward. What do you dislike? I wish there was better ...

What do you like best? The tool simplicity is the biggest advantage, Email marketing management, campaigns segmentation, through the tool functional options which ensures that the user gets the best and accurate services. Pardot customer support is very reliable, as the tool makes emails sending to different customers quite simple, as well as Dynamics lists building and also Automated campaigns. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike about the Pardot usability, but the ...

Salesforcepardot as the most complete data warehouse.
What do you like best? This is a corporate email and data storage system. I use it mainly to improve the quantity of items that it provides automatically, but mainly to have the database of customers and important information quickly. What do you dislike? It is difficult to learn, the learning curve is wide and complex, really annoying, but it does not generate extra expenses, it is only a matter of having time and patience with the apprentices. Recommendations to others ...

Pardot is a good solution, but not great
What do you like best? Pardot can build out your marketing automation strategy with fairly complex automation rules and scoring/grading criteria. The software has a strong community, Trailblazer, to provide support and solutions. What do you dislike? The software itself is a little clunky and extremely proprietary, therefore it integrates well with Salesforce but not much else. The UI is a mess, nomenclature is inconsistent/confusing and the reporting is just not well thought out ...
