Great Automation and Tight Integration with Salesforce
What do you like best? Coming from Marketo, it is night and day... ie, Marketo STILL looks like it was developed with Windows 95, STEEP learning curve, and prone to errors. So when I switched to Pardot, it was a breath of fresh air to be honest. Simple to use. EASY to train someone on. Looks like a tool I would WANT to use. Flexible. If you use Salesforce, it is dead simple. Great contact handling. What do you dislike? Like most of SalesForce ...

Pardot review - I use Pardot for marketing and social media tasks.
What do you like best? Being able to create our own emails, landing pages, and social posts, and having it all be in one place, is convenient. The quality of the landing pages Pardot creates are great! For emails, since I do not know coding, we use another software to create the email template, then I can easily copy and paste the HTML into Pardot to create the email. Being such a reputable company, you can easily find so many tips/tricks/ideas on blogs or on the help boards Pardot has. ...

Highly intelligent automation and customer insights. A little way to go with the marketing tools
What do you like best? Visibility into what people are doing on your site and in Salesforce all in one place. What do you dislike? Landing pages are hard to get right - very easy to mess up the entire style if you want to vary at all from the layout template What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it as our entire marketing automation software solution. It's useful not to have to log into many different platforms and to ...

Getting better but far too slowly, customer support has been outsourced and is horrendous now
What do you like best? This list might be a lot longer if I hadn't come from a system like Marketo before. I can't think of anything that works better than Marketo . . . What do you dislike? The system is lacking key features that other systems have had for years like tokens (as Marketo calls them), if / then logic, depth in segmentation criteria, etc. But the worst part is the customer support, which has gone downhill dramatically since being outsourced (or switched outsourcing ...

Must have for your marketing automation
What do you like best? i love that you are able to fully plan an automated marketing strategy on this tool. You can choose to be as in depth as possible or let salesforce use its algorithms for you. I love how i can create custom emails to direct to our audience. By creating custom emails it allows me to really be able to target my audience which will help in increasing conversions. What do you dislike? The customisable ability could be a bit more in depth for those looking to ...

Great B2B Marketing Tool that works seamlessly with Salesforce
What do you like best? - If your company lives and breathes out of Salesforce, this is the perfect marketing tool to use if you do B2B. You can use fields from Salesforce records on prospects to set up your lists in Pardot which makes it really easy. - The engagement studio is an easy to use visual email drip build that you can customize with various actions and lead your prospects down a path based on certain actions and triggers you can enable. A really savvy person can setup some ...

Great system - integrates with SalesForce
What do you like best? We have the ability to create emails, landing pages, and forms all in one place. We have the ability to create engagement campaigns that nurture our leads automatically. It tracks prospect and lead activity in an easy-to-follow format. We are able to see our data in Salesforce as well making it seamless with our sales team. What do you dislike? Different reporting between a one-off/list email versus engagement campaigns. A little clunky to set up ...

Could do with some work
What do you like best? I am not sure. That I like anything the best. But, I could get behind their navigation being pretty simple. What do you dislike? Here is a quick list: - The reverse IP lookup execution is a joke. It is inaccurate and frequently not updated for 6-12 month periods - Integration with Salesforce -> they still haven't perfectly integrated around things like contact syncs - Subscriber management as they pertain to lists and segmentation - Editing ...
