Easy to Learn & Easy to Use
What do you like best? What I like best is how easy Pardot was to learn and Pardot Lead Deck. For the most part, everything you need in Marketing, Pardot has. My favorite Pardot features are custom redirects, email templates, and drip campaigns. What do you dislike? There's not much to dislike about Pardot. The recent changes to Pardot's email editor are somewhat glitchy. For example, the editor buttons do not match their labels. The undo button was also removed which I wished was ...

Email Marketing and Marketing Automation with exception user targeting
What do you like best? I love the ability to build complex user profiles by vertical, title, and company specific criteria to allow you to easily measure solution fit without a lot of manual research. What do you dislike? It would be nice to have the form handling be a bit more robust, but this can be handled via FormHandlers (triggers for custom webforms when the need arises for complex webform logic. Put simply, Pardot makes our jobs easier!
What do you like best? What the marketing team and I love about Pardot is the almost endless number of things that it can do, from custom landing pages to email drip campaigns. I was a little skeptical at first due to the overwhelming amount of capabilities, but Pardot proved SO easy to use. We were up and running in no time and our dedicated Pardot support person was amazing. If we ever have problems (which is rare, emailing Pardot support has us receiving a response in under 5 minutes, ...

What do you like best? As a sales development representative Pardot saves me countless hours each day and week by reaching out to leads with emails I don't really need to spend my time writing. What do you dislike? Up and running fast!
What do you like best? Able to be up and running on Pardot within days! It was an amazingly easy transition. Excited for the campaigns we'll be able to run with this system. What do you dislike? Unknow yet, we started using it several months ago and have not yet encountered a problem. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? lead scoring
