What do you like best? THe solutions it sets out to provide is great, I love the idea of B2B marketing. What do you dislike? Trustworthy Customer Service

What do you like best? The easy-to-find customer service. As a customer, it's important when using a super robust tool like Pardot for me to be able to use it to it's fullest capacity, and knowing that Pardot support will respond not only via email and phone but live chat as well has helped us as a company to do things like understand the big data and analytics and make the best use of it - and in turn - helped me have trust in Pardot to be there when I need them. What do you like best? I really like how quick and responsive the customer service is. I have asked many questions and have always received a good response within the hour. What do you dislike? The program can be a little overwhelming at first, and I wish they provided a one on one training for new customers. What do you like best? I use Pardot on a daily basis to simplify our marketing efforts. Pardot allows us to determine the lead source with ease, create landing pages for A/B testing and send out marketing emails. We are very satistifed with this product! What do you dislike? That we can not sync data.com automatically with our SalesForce. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lead source and lead assignment.
