What do you like best? I like the ease of the email editing wizard and the ability to sync directly back to specified campaigns in Salesforce. I also find it useful to be able to look at the calendar on the home page to see when emails went out, as well as to be able to pull reports from past years or quarters to provided feedback. What do you like best? Insights into our lead and visitor activities on our website. What do you dislike? Some integrations with salesforce are still lacking and hope to resolve Level of support has decreased since the company was sold to salesforce. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lead capture and nurturing.

What do you like best? I'm new to marketing and Pardot's common sense UI and dashboard features definitely take the complexity out of marketing automation. The support team is, well, incredibly supportive. And the Integration with SFDC is amazing. Segmentation / list management rules are easy to follow and incorporate into campaigns. What do you like best? With Pardot, I can worry less about where I saved that spreadsheet from 3 months ago and more about what kind of communication is going to best benefit my prospects. What do you dislike? Performance seems to be inhibited on Chrome at times (but runs smoothly on Firefox. I'm also hanging out for A/B testing for emails - I've got some bets to settle!
