The worst customer service I've ever encountered (upper management only)

What do you like best? The product seemed like it would be great, has some better reporting features than our previous solution (Act-On. My sales rep and CRM Engineer were nice to work with, but upper management has treated us like garbage. What do you dislike? I signed on with Pardot in January, very eager and highly motivated to get a new solution in place. However after many false starts over the course of three weeks, it came to light that Pardot does not work with our ...

Service and Support are deplorable

They renew automatically and after notifying them Recommendations to others considering the product So far it seems to be the best marketing automation software to use if you are a current Salesforce user. Our Agency likes Pardot for our Clients

What do you like best? Tracking! The tracking and reporting in Pardot is wonderful. We use the system for our clients email campaigns as well as landing pages for email and direct mail campaigns. The reporting is user friendly and easy to digest. In addition, once we've establish templates in the system, our clients have flexibility to drop in content and imagery into those specified templates. This makes the marketing their team creates more consistent to the overall brand look and feel ...

What do you like best? Having someone walk us through the process and hold our hand until we were ready to go live the product was invaluable. This tool has replaced a couple of others we were using previously and has saved an incredible amount of time/effort placed on our sales and marketing staff. What do you dislike? Not much.
