What do you like best? I like that there is a non-html editor option for quick edits. I also enjoy the easy-access live chat support. What do you dislike? It's been quite an experience

What do you like best? I like that it is relatively easy to find what you are looking for. I like how it is easy to sync with Salesforce. Pardot support is fast as replying but not always fast at fixing the issue. I also like being able to send test emails and do rendering tests. What do you dislike? It does give us special information about our potential customers What do you dislike? it is not always user friendly, we have had some problems with it, mainly because we have so many products Recommendations to others considering the product be patient! A LOT of work to build and set up - It's "ok"

What do you like best? Being able to see visitor and prospect activity, watching the grade and scores, email blasts, automation rules with CRM integration What do you dislike? Way too much to manually set up, no real help from a team to help build. If you have no IT knowledge in combination with marketing knowledge this is almost impossible to put together in the 60 day time frame given. What do you like best? The concept is wonderful, the layout is nice and appears easy to use... but unless you have a simple B2B business this is most likely NOT the solution for you. What do you dislike? I dislike that our "implementation period" was completely unhelpful... 5 months in and we've barely sent 2 emails... TONS of "Corporate Speak" with no action.
